Carved from one piece of hardwood, except for arms which are screwed on and move. Figure represents a man in a wedding ceremony. It is carried on the shoulders of the groom. Purchased from William Doyle Galleries in New York. Made in Java in the early 20th Century. Condition: Good; there are some natural splits in the wood. 39”H x 25”W x 8”D.
